Oliver has a passion for marketing which he discovered through completing a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Marketing and HR at SCU. It wasn’t until his last year of uni that he discovered his love of the digital space within marketing, and this is where he started to hone his SEO and SEM skills. Oliver finds great satisfaction in seeing our clients websites climb through the ranks of Google and watch their traffic excel! He gets his biggest kicks from our SEO clients’ conversions increasing as well and helping their businesses scale. Oliver spends most weekends at the beach surfing, snorkelling and doing anything else that’s outdoors. Everyone at Five By Five is impressed with Oliver’s glorious long hair and knows that when he ties it up… he means business!

Matt kickstarted his career as a copywriter but quickly moved to the SEO wing. Since then, he’s been balancing creativity and search engine data to deliver steady traffic and leads for clients.   Growing up on the Southern end of the Gold Coast, Matt spends most of his spare time outdoors, either in his garden or out and about with his pet greyhound. And when he’s not standing around admiring his lawn, he’s usually whipping up a new recipe or re-seasoning his collection of cast-iron pots and pans.

Tom started his digital career as a copywriter for a start-up back in London, but after getting sick of the big-city grind in November of 2018, he decided to travel around South-East Asia for four months with his partner. While visiting her family in Casino (Northern NSW) over Christmas for a quick break in between travels, they visited the Gold Coast and fell in love, and have lived here since March of 2019. Whilst on the Gold Coast he rekindled his passion for hospitality, working at some of the best cafes on the coast. After a few years of living the hospo life and surfing as much as he possibly could (although he is still a kook) he decided it was time to get back into the digital space and resume his career. Thus, the stars aligned, and after a brief courtship, he was offered the whole enchilada (as Carla termed it) and joined the SEO team in March of 2022. He hasn’t looked back. Tom also has a keen passion for music, reading fantasy books, surfing, Muay Thai, and anything to do with food (although he is one of those vegans…).

Jack, a graduate from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, discovered his passion for SEO in his first digital marketing role. He quickly saw the impact SEO had on the number of leads or sales a business could acquire when its website ranked at the top of search engines.Jack quickly started learning as much as he could about how to leverage SEO to help his clients improve their keyword rankings and to this day, still spends a lot of time outside of work furthering his knowledge.In his spare time, Jack enjoys surfing, spending time at the beach, camping, and as of recently has been infected by the golf bug.

Jordan, a marketing enthusiast, discovered her passion during her time at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing and Management. With prior experience as an in house Marketing Coordinator, Jordan has transitioned into the world of SEO since moving to Australia last August. Originally from Invercargill, New Zealand, the move was driven by a quest for better lifestyle and career opportunities, which have not disappointed. Beyond the digital marketing landscape, Jordan finds joy in outdoor activities, water-side relaxation, and quality time with friends.

Brooke found her passion for marketing with a Bachelor of Business, where she majored in Marketing. Originally born in England, she moved to Australia with her family at a young age and now calls the Gold Coast home. Starting her career in Google Ads, Brooke has since transitioned into the realm of SEO, driven by a desire to understand the synergy between paid and organic marketing. Her days now involve a balance between creativity and analytical expertise as she endeavours to drive steady traffic and leads for clients. Brooke spends her time keeping active with beach walks with her long-haired Chihuahua and exploring different hiking trails.

Holly has worked in Customer Experience for over 3 years, and she has over 10 years of experience in various customer service roles. Holly loves interacting with people and building strong relationships. She's always up for a laugh and an amazing conversation. Holly grew up in country Victoria, but has also lived in the city and now by the beach. Some would say this makes her very adaptable and versatile. When Holly is not at work, you will find her at the beach, gym or in the kitchen. She loves the outdoors, the sun and cooking. She is a massive foodie and always open to new experiences.
