Who is Connect2Care?

Connect2Care started their journey in 2019 as a registered NDIS provider with a focus on Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Services based in Melbourne. The team have since grown and are now a national multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals assisting children and adults with disabilities. The Connect2Care crew is no-longer solely based in Melbourne and now provide in-center therapy in Brisbane and Sydney along with Telehealth appointments for clients elsewhere.

The team at Connect2Care pride themselves on delivering the full range of allied health therapeutic support including Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Allied Health Assistants. The trusted crew of professionals have experience in an array of environments including home, school and community-based settings.

Connect2Care is on a mission to increase both social and economic participation, empower their clients and assist with navigating NDIS. The fundamental outcome for the team is to ensure clients are supported above and beyond to enable them to live a complete life!

It was time for a refresh

One of Connect2Care’s core fundamentals is assisting others for an improved life and unfortunately their website did not reflect this and it was time for a digital transformation. The team were offering great services and wanted to ensure their brands’ perception was matching their deliverables to generate leads which convert.

Functionality was another component of the website which required assistance. The team at Connect2Care already knew the difficulties in navigating life with a disability and wanted to ensure their website was simple and easy to use for their customers. In order to find these customers, we also needed to expand the company’s digital reach and presence through organic search in Google. Additionally, we wanted to make sure they ranked high in google for prized industry keywords (what any SEO agency dreams of!).

Not only did we need the site to be found on google but we also needed to make sure these leads and enquiries were converting. To do this we made sure the website was modern, responsive, fast loading and demonstrated the brand as experts in the field. To further simplify the user experience we also made sure referrals to the site were direct into a CRM.

The Ingredients of the Burger

As Connect2Care was looking to grow the well established business, the ingredients for the perfect burger included:

Web Design & Development
Google Ads

We began the process by designing a website that would stand out from competitors and attract new recruits. The brief was to keep things fun, clean and attractive to their target market. We wanted to take a different approach to the usual ‘traditional’ look and had fun letting our creative flare run wild! Another factor of the design that was crucial was to ensure the website was accessible for all users, so an accessibility widget was installed on the website.

Connect2Care have a wide range of clinicians with experience across different age groups, meaning their target audience is extremely broad, ranging from those with severe disabilities to those needing occupational therapists. The approach taken across various stages of life needed to be tailored and individualised to ensure success is achieved in a way that is meaningful to each patient and their family. In turn, this meant that we customised our strategy to cover all areas of the target audience.

The SEO team ensured the website was perfect for launch so that they had the best foundation to work from moving forward! Check out the results below to see how we took Connect2Care from the depths of Google to ranking number one in a matter of months!

The client provided the focus pages they wanted us to push post launch which included an NDIS jobs page, new assessment pages, and updated location pages as the business was expanding. We did this by writing the content for and optimising the new service pages. This was supported by Google Ads for these focus pages to help increase traffic and leads.

We have built out all of these pages from these sessions. These helped us rank for each of those keywords, from which they receive traffic and conversions each month, including for ‘NDIS jobs’ in each of the relevant locations.

By fully optimising the Google My Business profile, we were able to target keywords such as ‘NDIS provider adelaide/sydney/perth/melbourne/sydney/act/brisbane etc. As of 10/02/23 Connect2Care is on the first page for:

    • NDIS social worker (pos 2)
    • NDIS speech therapist (pos 3)
    • NDIS speech pathologist (pos 6)
    • NDIS providers canberra (pos 3)
    • NDIS providers adelaide (pos 3)
    • NDIS providers brisbane (pos 6)
    • allied health assistant NDIS (pos 3)
    • NDIS home modifications providers (pos 3)
    • NDIS cognitive assessment (pos 4)
    • NDIS approved exercise physiologist (pos 5)
    • NDIS nutritionist (pos 5)
    • NDIS dietitian (pos 5)
    • NDIS occupational therapy (pos 10)
    • + a whole lot more!

We consistently have monthly meetings with the client to go over our reports, results from the month and to gain insight from an industry expert on new therapies and what they’d like to focus on. Since we are still relatively early into the campaign, we have been busy working on building out pages rather than writing blogs. The pages we have build out rank well though, for example, our NDIS jobs page (uploaded recently) – which is competing with Seek, Indeed, the NDIS commission, LinkedIn, and Jora – ranks for 52 keywords with many on page 2, including for a variety of targeted locations on the one page (sydney, hobart, adelaide, melbourne, brisbane, sunshine coast, perth) and was only published in July 2022.
