Who is Knight Street Dentists?
Knight Street Dentists established themselves in 1999 in the country town of Shepparton, Country Victoria. In 2017, Dr. Nihir Shah took over the practice and continued delivering their approachable, accommodating and wee bit cheeky services – this team is known for being a non-traditional dental practice.
The team at Knight Street provide a wide range of dental services from regular check-ups, restorative dentistry and orthodontics, including Invisalign treatments. Dr Nihir’s philosophy is centered around pain-free treatments and early intervention (and of course, a pleasant patient experience). The team at Knight Street Dentists are your wing people in ensuring your dental needs are dealt with in a comfortable manner, are aesthetically appealing and ensure you’re able to maintain healthy oral care at home.
The crew are more than just your average dental practitioners. You will often find the crew of 9 catching up with their patients on a personal level. If you are really lucky, you may also receive a live performance from the crew during your treatment.
It was time for a refresh
At the time of connecting with Knight Street Dentist their website was 3 years old, non-responsive on mobile and had little to no content available. The KSD team really wanted to capitalise their online presence, especially after the change up following the global pandemic.
Our team checked out the site and soon realised that a lot of work was needed but we were keen to hit the ground running. The site required a restructure to enable KSD to be found on Google for treatments, solutions for dental problems and an overall optimisation to increase ranking for keywords. One of the major issues with the website was their poor communication to consumers. The team’s flair and fun tone of voice was just not being conveyed to customers and therefore traffic was not converting into leads. In addition, the team wanted to establish themselves as THE dental experts in Shepparton to generate more leads to ultimately grown the Knight Street Dentist family.

Once we dominated the SERPs locally for our focus keywords (i.e. “dentist shepparton” etc.) we also produced high-quality content to target a broader audience. One of our stand out blogs is https://knightstreetdentists.com.au/impacted-wisdom-teeth-symptoms/, this blog ranks for over 250 keywords including “impacted wisdom teeth” and “impacted wisdom tooth” which are in top 3 – these keywords get thousands of searches a month. We also built out location pages to target surrounding suburbs, these had great success.
