This is our one year anniversary of our website and while it's taken us a year (our fault!) to write this review, it says a lot that a year on, we still are so very grateful to 5x5 for helping us bring our website to life. As designers ourselves, we had a clear vision for how we wanted our website to look and behave. After comparing 3 web agencies across the country, it was Jon who won us over by video calling us to introduce himself in person and really listening to our needs. The entire team that we worked with made up of Jon, Carla, Sam are consummate professionals and we loved their super-organised approach and tools to facilitate the process. Working with the whole team at Five by Five, especially our project manager Carla, was a breeze. Super helpful, full of great ideas and really on the ball. We had a big project which had lots of moving parts and they were on top of everything the whole way through. They were able to advise the best route to go, in both usability and visually on the site, and recommend some great third-party companies to work with on other parts of the project, too. Highly, highly recommend Five by Five.

I worked with Five by Five over a couple of months to build a new website for Chief Maker. They were just superb on every level. Never missed a meeting, had the smoothest go-lives every time and communicated with a clarity I've never experienced in tech projects. And the site looked incredible and worked seamlessly. I used to outsource to cheap overseas operators and will never do that again after working with Five by Five.

5 stars for 5x5 seems quite fitting, though I would give 6 stars if I could! Jon, Carla and the rest of the 5x5 team have made the usually arduous task of creating a new website not just painless, but enjoyable. The whole team is professional and knowledgeable, they have excellent communication skills and were quick to turn around any request we threw at them. They also nailed the design of the new website on the first go, which was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend these guys for any and all web design needs. Aaron and I are the co-directors of Pure Design Concepts, an industry leader in property marketing. We were on the hunt for a great web design company to take our website to a new level, and we came across Jon & the 5x5 crew on Google. Admittedly, we had a bit of natural "buyers resistance" at the start knowing that we had high expectations, but that resistance quickly subsided as it was evident that the 5x5 team's values were similarly aligned to ours (albeit in a completely different industry!).These guys are very progressive - we've started using some software that they use on their clients (us), and we've also even taken some inspiration in the way they speak to their customer.Sam's design eye was impeccable, Carla was the magician who bought it all together and no doubt there were many others behind the scene who contributed to the amazing product that we've been given.Kudos to you Jon, you've bought the right people on board who buy into what you believe, and it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of it :)

Highly recommend 5x5. We had built a website with another provider that required a specific functionality that we wanted. After 6 months, the website didn't function properly and we were left with an issue that couldn't be fixed. We then turned to 5x5. Using their Word Press skills they created a new site with the functionality we needed which has continued to work with no issues. With very professional services from go to wo in the design process, I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
