Be The Gatekeeper Of Your Mind

Let’s face it.

There is plenty of doom and gloom around right now. And understandably so.

Whole industries put out of business overnight. Unemployment, isolation and chaos.

My wife had to shut her Day Spa on the Gold Coast last week. That meant 9 staff instantly out of a job. This was not easy and very upsetting based on the hard work she had put in over the past 5 years to build her business.

Everyone in some shape or form has been touched by this situation and when you are in the depths of it, life seems pretty crappy.

But we do have a choice.

We as human beings are the gatekeepers of our brains.

We can choose what to mentally consume.

And currently we are receiving countless chunks of information about the current situation unfolding in a never ending stream of sorrow.

So, just be conscious of what you choose to digest.

With the weekend coming up, take a positivity break.

Here are 4 people that I have been following that are producing great actionable content which is freely & readily available.
