In 2017, a mid-sized law firm with 25 locations across Australia was looking for a powerful site that performs for their franchisees.
Due to the competitive legal landscape, they faced some challenges when it came to ranking and performing online against the big publicly listed law firms in Australia.
While the client had a good understanding of the website process, they felt they hadn’t yet found the web partner to be able to deliver their vision.
What they were looking for was a great design that narrowed in on conversion and produced substantial results.

After multiple phone calls and strategy sessions, the client felt confident in our ability to deliver. They came to visit from Sydney to meet the team and do their own due diligence.
Being an incredibly large and complex project, it took over 12 months to deliver and during that time the client was guided every step of the way through the process. They felt confident the website strategy was being translated into their vision.
As a result of the website, the law firm had a massive increase in leads off the back of Google web searches, which are consistently delivered day in day out. There’s also more exposure for each franchise law location and the client now has a platform jam-packed with interesting content that generates leads and enquiries.
