Lael Batoon

Lael originally started as our Support Client Manager but is now one of our Digital Strategists here at Five by Five, he is your go to guy when first starting your journey with us! But really Lael’s main role is to make sure everyone is happy and trust us, he is so good at it. We experience it firsthand in the office around the lunch table.

This is Lael’s first ‘grown up’ job in the digital industry so he continues to learn something new everyday which keeps him on his toes! But he brings a wealth of experience from his previous sales and client generation roles as these roles have helped him be super comfortable with meeting and being himself around new people!

Lael was also a (wannabe) full-time photographer so he has a keen eye for detail and design.

He likes to spend his time outside of work at the gym, light gaming, taking photos, and hanging out with people he loves. We call him our resident pop culture expert as he teaches us all the latest lingo, dance moves, and creates custom emojis for us to use!

Aaron and I are the co-directors of Pure Design Concepts, an industry leader in property marketing. Highly recommend 5x5. We had built a website with another provider that required a specific functionality that we wanted. After 6 months, the website didn't function properly and we were left with an issue that couldn't be fixed. We then turned to 5x5. Using their Word Press skills they created a new site with the functionality we needed which has continued to work with no issues. With very professional services from go to wo in the design process, I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
